As standard instrument tee pieces are supplied as one fixed flange. Loose flange designs are available on request.
As standard, our PTFE lined Steel instrument tee pieces are designed and manufactured in accordance to SCH 40.
We can provide bespoke designs with thicker or thinner wall thickness on request.

Flange:
ASTM A105, in compliance with ANSI B16.5/Class 150lbs; JIS 10k. Other standards such as DIN are available on request
Steel Substrate:
The steel substrate is offered in ASTM A234 grade WPB, in compliance with ANSI B16.28.
The wall thickness complies with SCH 40.
Lining:
The instrument tee pieces are lined with pure PTFE in compliance with F1545. See table below. Other nominal sizes are available on request.
