PTFE Lined Manhole Cover
Stanflora design and manufacture a range of PTFE Lined manhole covers to suit international standards, typically for Glass Lined Reactors.
The typical nominal sizes supplied are shown in the size chart tab below. Other nominal sizes are available on request.
During operation, glass lined reactor manhole covers can be damaged by frequent opening and closing. As such, in addition to providing original equipment manufacturers, Stanflora can supply replacement covers for existing end user equipment.

- Manhole Cover Body : ASTM A234 grade WPB, in compliance with ANSI B16.28
- Flange Size: ASTM A105, in compliance with ANSI B16.5/class 150lbs; JIS 10k or DIN is also available on request.
- Lining : Pure PTFE in compliance with ASTM 4895, PTFE/PFA, ASTM D 3307.
